Nice to meet you!

I'm Megan . . .

Woman relaxing on wicker furniture against beige wall with coastal decor.

. . . photographer, light-chaser, and professional noticer of the quiet, in-between moments. I believe the most meaningful photos happen in real life, not perfectly posed ones. If it feels honest, a little messy, and deeply you . . . I’m already in.

I’m endlessly drawn to telling other peoples' stories through photographs—the honest,

lived-in ones shaped by connection & comfort.

They feel familiar now & become

priceless later.

What's the "WHY" behind the lens?

Time is sneaky. One minute you’re in the thick of it—sticky hands, loud laughter, full hearts—and the next, the season has shifted without asking permission.

That’s why I love photography. Not because of how things look right now, but because of how much these images will mean later.

Life isn’t forever. And the moments we’re living today? They’re the ones shaping the story your loved ones will remember. The way you held them. The way your home felt. The way this season sounded and moved and loved.

Photos are proof that this life happened. Right now, they might feel like a “nice thing to have.” But one day, they’ll be everything. They’ll be the visual reminders your children reach for when they want to remember where they came from and how deeply they were loved.

Photography is my way of helping us all hold onto that. Of making sure this chapter doesn’t quietly slip by unnoticed—because these moments deserve to be remembered long after we’re gone.

The Process

Step 01

Call or meet-up

Peruse the website.  Stalk the social media.  Read the blog.  Do all of your research to see if you think we'd be a good match!  Like what you see?  Then proceed to step 2!

Step 02

Feel it out

This is where we plan the fun stuff - dates, wardrobe styles, etc! No matter the session you're wanting, we can communicate in the way that works best for you.  Not an in person or phone call person?  Let's email!  We'll knock out the details in a simple, stress-free way.

Step 03

Sign contract

When the date and details are set, I'll send you a contract electronically.  I promise - there are no surprises in here!  It'll just be all the things we discussed that are unique to the photo experience you are choosing with me.  It'll be another painless process and then all we have to look forward to is the actual session!
