Connected.
This is one of the words that comes to mind when I think of Katie and JJ. They have lived their lives connecting with others in the most beautiful, generous ways. I can't tell you how I've seen Katie serve and support her community. From babysitting my kids when they were young and wild to organizing countless meal trains, the way she serves her students as she's back in the classroom teaching, prays and checks in on friends who are suffering and, heck! She even tutored me in college math when I went back to complete my teaching degree (one of the most humbling experiences of my life and she treated me with such grace and kindness). Katie and JJ were some of the first to join the MMP Legacy Families as they have supported my photography business since I first moved to Wisconsin thirteen years ago. They are fierce when it comes to loving and connecting with others.
So naturally, connectedness is rubbing off on JJ and Katie's girls. Sisters with such different personalities, but such bonds you can see already blossoming. It was such a joy to photograph them all and capture the special connections they share with one another.
